If what we practice is NOT rooted in the word/Torah, we have to ask the question, “Where does this practice come from?”
What is the purpose of the spirit of Elijah. Mal 4:4,5
Isa 44:5 One shall say, I am the LORD'S; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto the LORD, and surname himself by the name of Israel.
What is the command?
Exo 20:3 You shall have no other gods before Me.
Exo 20:4 Do not make for yourself a graven image , or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above or on the earth below or in the water under the earth.
Exo 20:5 Do not bow down to them, do not let anyone make you serve them. For I, Adonai your God, am a jealous God, bringing the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,
They saw no form;
Deu 4:12 And Hashem spoke to you out of the midst of the fire; you heard the sound of words, but you did not see a form, only a voice.
Deu 4:13 And He declared His covenant to you which He has commanded you to do, the Ten Words; and He wrote them on two tablets of stone.

Exo 32:1 And the people see that Moses is delaying to come down from the mount, and the people assemble against Aaron, and say unto him, `Rise, make for us gods who go before us, for this Moses--the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt--we have not known what hath happened to him.'
Exo 32:4 and he receiveth from their hand, and doth fashion it with a graving tool, and doth make it a molten calf, and they say, `These thy gods, O Israel, who brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.'
Exo 32:5 And Aaron seeth, and buildeth an altar before it, and Aaron calleth, and saith, `A festival to Yah/TheLORD--to-morrow;'
Exo 32:6 and the people sit down to eat and to drink, and rise up to play. Hebrew idiom for pagan/idolatrous worship.
See note in verse 5 that they were worshiping Hashem, using a pagan idol or with the golden calf.

Jer 10:2 So says Hashem, Do not learn the way of the nations; and do not be terrified at the signs of the heavens; for the nations were terrified at them.
Jer 10:3 For the ordinances of the people are vanity. For one cuts a tree out of the forest with the axe, the work of the hands of the craftsman. (do a study on “Under every green tree)
*Lev 23 is God’s pattern of worship. Cycles of righteousness.
Should we be keeping the Ten Commandments?
What commandments are written on the tablets in the Ark? See Ex 34
Exo 34:1 And Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Hew for thyself two tables of stone like the first, and I have written on the tables the words which were on the first tables which thou hast broken;

1Kings 12, we read about King Jeroboam, and how he changed Yah’s feast days.
How does this compare to the Church Fathers?
Jeroboam changed the times, seasons, priesthood, place.
Dan 7:25 And he shall speak words against the Most High, and he shall wear out the saints of the Most High. And he intends to change times and law. And they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and one half time.
Jer 6:16 Thus says Adonai: “Stand in the roads and look. Ask for the ancient paths—where the good way is—and walk in it. Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We won’t walk in it.’
Jer 6:17 So I set watchmen over you, saying ‘Listen to the sound of the shofar!’ But they said, ‘We won’t listen.’
